We were expecting to list this year's lamb as "no chemical wormer", but with these lambs, optimal timing, and the drought, we didn't even need the herbal wormer. We measured this with on-farm microscope McMaster tests; none of these lambs had scores warranting worming.

Infuse your roast with garlic and rosemary for a delightful meal with friends and family. All this needs is a little oil, salt and pepper and voilá! it's a fancy feast! Braised with herbs like thyme and simmered in wine is an alternative too. It makes great left overs too.

Grilled, broiled, panfried, it's all delicious. Cook them up easy and fast as they are best prepared rare to medium-rare. Rub with a seasoning or just a dash of salt and pepper. We use medium heat and go by the 3 minute rule: 3 minutes one side, flip, 3 minutes other side, done.
