One of our favorites, a roasted leg of lamb will please everyone around the table. We like to infuse rosemary and garlic, and rub it with oil, salt and pepper for a savory meal.
This cut has been naturally hickory wood smoked (no toxic chemicals, as always).
Since it will not be cut further, we'll work with you if we don't harvest an exact weight match; *please order a minimum of 2 pounds*.
