One of our favorites, a roasted leg of lamb will please everyone around the table. We like to infuse rosemary and garlic, and rub it with avocado oil, real salt and pepper for a savory meal.
This cut has been naturally hickory wood smoked (no toxic chemicals, as always).
Since it will not be cut further, we'll work with you if we don't have an exact weight match; *please order a minimum of 3 pounds*.

Grilled, broiled, panfried, it's all delicious. Cook them up easy and fast as they are best prepared rare to medium-rare. Rub with herbal seasoning or just a dash of real salt and pepper. We use medium heat and go by the 3 minute rule: 3 minutes one side, flip, 3 minutes other side, done.
