Recipe for duck egg frittata

A family favorite:

• 12 duck eggs
• 1 cup spring dandelion greens
• 2 cups tater tots
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 cup onion
• 1/2 cup jalapeno summer sausage
• sprinkle with aged cheddar cheese
• salt & paprika to taste
