Recipes for fennel

Fennel flower is great raw in salads, or as a treat all by itself.  You may be surprised what these taste like. :)

The fronds are great in salad dressings, tuna salad, omelets, tomato soup, & more.

Use the stalks for Fennel-infused oil, useful on salads, potatoes, general seasoning.

The stalks are also great in chicken stock (use your chicken backs, necks, and bones for this).
