One of the most nutritious cuts of any animal, especially of a grass-fed, pastured one. Organ meats are the most concentrated source of just about every nutrient, including important vitamins, minerals, healthy omega-3 fats, and essential amino acids.
Exceeding our goal of only herbal medicine (no toxic chemicals), these lambs did not even need herbal wormer, and they are proven healthy by our microscope lab tests!
